2. Services
We provide Feng Shui consultations, Bazi Balancing, 9 Star Ki analyses, energy clearing, and related educational content. Deliverables, format, and scope will be agreed during booking.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to premises (where applicable), and implementing recommendations at your discretion.
4. Booking & Payment
Consultations are confirmed once payment or deposit is received. Pricing is listed on the website and may change without notice for future bookings. Outstanding balances must be settled prior to delivery of reports.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price unless otherwise agreed.
6. Consultation Outcomes
Recommendations are advisory and depend on client implementation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
7. Professional Advice Disclaimer
Our services do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
8. Intellectual Property
Written reports, diagrams, and educational materials remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
